2. Where does Furande ship?

Currently, Furande ships within the United States only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.


3. How much does shipping cost?

Furande offers flat-rate shipping.

  • Shipping cost: $6.99 per order

This rate applies regardless of order size or number of items.


4. How long does shipping take?

Shipping time consists of handling time and transit time.

  • Handling time: 1 business day
  • Transit time: 2–6 business days

Estimated total delivery time: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier conditions or peak seasons.


5. What is the order cut-off time?

Orders placed:

  • Before 5:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) begin processing the same day
  • After 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day

6. Which carriers deliver Furande orders?

We ship orders using trusted delivery services, including:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Carrier selection depends on the destination and package details.


7. Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. All orders include tracking.

Once your order ships:

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you
  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update

8. Can I cancel my order?

Order cancellations are only possible before processing begins.

Once an order enters processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.


9. Can I change my order after placing it?

Order changes (such as size or address updates) may be requested before processing begins.

Once processing starts, changes are no longer possible.


10. What payment methods are accepted?

At this time, Furande accepts only:

  • PayPal
  • Venmo

All payments are processed securely through these platforms.


11. What currency are payments processed in?

All transactions on furande.com are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

If your payment account uses another currency, conversion may be handled by PayPal or Venmo.


12. What is your return policy?

Furande accepts returns within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition
  • Returned with original packaging and tags (if applicable)

Returns requested after 30 days may not be approved.


13. How long do refunds take?

Once a return is received and approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 12 days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • No restocking or processing fees apply

14. Do you charge any return or refund fees?

No.

Furande does not charge:

  • Restocking fees
  • Refund processing fees

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


15. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact support@furande.com within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number and clear photos

Our team will review the issue and provide a resolution.


16. What happens if my package is delayed or lost?

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window:

  • Allow carriers additional time during peak periods
  • Contact our support team if delays extend significantly

If a package is confirmed lost, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.


17. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • Delivery delays or returns may occur
  • Reshipping may require additional fees

Address changes are only possible before processing begins.

Furande does not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or style:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible)
  2. Place a new order
